Kettlebells are a vital training tool for athletes, helping to develop functional strength, achieve balanced muscular development, improve strength endurance, and enhance coordination. Join Eleiko Education for a full day of kettlebell instruction and training. You will have fun learning to perform the basic kettlebell movements and be challenged to push yourself as you learn exercises like get-ups, swings, and kettlebell snatches. Kettlebell training is great for people of all ages and kettlebells can be used for dozens of exercises. No experience with kettlebells is needed to sign up for this course.

You will learn both how and why to perform a range of exercises with kettlebells, enabling you to adapt exercises to your own personal needs after the course.
We keep the course size small so that our expert instructors can work with you personally to meet your goals.
We provide participants with a training manual that covers exercise technique, how to incorporate kettlebell exercises in your training plan, and helpful tips from veteran trainers.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
At the end of this course, you should be able to perform a wide range of one- and two-kettlebell exercises in a safe and efficient manner. You should also understand how to modify and progress exercises as you develop in your own training.

This course is intended for athletes who are looking to improve their knowledge of and proficiency in kettlebell training. All ages are welcome to attend and no prior experience with kettlebell training is necessary. Please bring all your training equipment (e.g., knee sleeves, lifting shoes, training clothes, wrist wraps, tape), some snacks, and anything else you might want to have during the day.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO PRIOR OT THE COURSE TO PREPARE
You don’t need to do anything special to prepare, but there are a lot of repetitions during the day so we recommend you take it easy for a few days prior to the course.
