Functional movements such as squats, lunges, and presses are at the heart of workouts for health, fitness, and performance. Improving your ability to teach these exercises to all athletes will keep you at the top of your game.

Foundation of Functional Fitness

Functional movements such as squatting, lunging and pressing form the core function of health, conditioning and performance. By improving your ability to teach these movements to people of all ages you will make sure you are always skilled to your best ability.

This course is designed for coaches and instructors to help them improve and give further knowledge of how to correctly prescribe exercises and develop exercises. These could be squats, presses, push ups, kettlebell exercises, deadlifts, lunging, hand stand push-ups, pull ups and dips to name a few. You will focus in particular on different methods of teachings for both large and small groups of participants. You as a participant will be given course material that will help you both before and after the course. By doing so, you will have plenty of time for learning which in turn will allow you to go deeper into the practical parts of the course.
