With its standing design, the Func.Gym Row allows users to engage their whole body in powering the pulling motion. The row can be performed in using the arms in unison or independently with or without adding in rotational movements as well giving users a lot of variety. Func.Gym Row comes with ten 2.5 kg Vulcano discs for a total weight of 25 kg. The unit features built in storage, so weights are conveniently kept on the machine and within easy reach at all times. Please note, if the machine is loaded with more weight than what it comes with, it must be equipped with floor mounts.
